화려하게 돌아온 서울아프리카페스티벌 (이하 서아페) 에서 활약할 홍보서포터즈

SAF 크루 를 모집합니다!

📍 모집인원: 4-6인

📍 모집기간: 2024년 7월 30일(화) ~ 2024년 8월 11일(일) 23:59 까지

최종 합격 통지: 2024년 8월 12일(월) 오후 6시 이후 개별 통보

OT 일자 및 장소: 2024년 8월 16일(금) 19:00 성동구 사회적경제지원센터 5층

*OT 참여는 필수이며, OT 참여가 어려우신 경우 활동이 불가능합니다 :)

📍 활동기간: 2024년 8월 16일(금) ~ 2024년 10월 16일(수)

격주 화요일 또는 목요일에 정기 미팅 진행 (요일은 OT에서 확정 예정)

📍 모집/활동분야: 홍보서포터즈로서 서아페 대외홍보 및 콘텐츠 제작 지원

• 영상 크리에이터 (2인): 서아페 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작 지원 (인스타 숏폼, 유튜브 콘텐츠)
• 기자 (1-2인): 서아페 대외홍보 지원 (사전 사후 외부 채널 홍보, 언론사 보도자료 배포 등)
• 블로그 작가 (1-2인): 서아페 블로그글 작성 (예시 - 페스티벌 준비 과정, 아티스트 인터뷰 취재 등)

We are looking for SAF Crew

to shine at the Seoul Africa Festival (SAF)!

📍 Crew members: 4-6 people

Application period: July 30 (Tue) to August 11 (Sun) 23:59

Final acceptance notice: Individual announcement after 6pm on August 12 (Mon)

Orientation Date and Place: August 16 (Fri) 19:00 Seongdong-gu Social and Economic Support Center (서울시 성동구 뚝섬로1길 2, 5층)

*Orientation Participation is mandatory, and if it is difficult to participate in the Orientation, it will be hard to participate in any further activities :)

📍 Activity period: August 16 (Fri) ~ October 16 (Wed)

Regular meetings are held every other Tuesday or Thursday (to be confirmed at Orientation)

📍 Activities: Support Seoul Africa Festival public relations and content creation

• Video Creators (2 ppl): Plan and support content creation for Seoul Africa Festival (Instagram reels, YouTube content)
• Journalists (1-2 ppl): Support public relations of Seoul Africa Festival (platform community promotion, press kit releases, etc.)
• Blog writers (1-2 ppl): Writing blog posts for the Seoul Africa Festival (e.g. preparation process, artists interviews, etc.)

📍We are looking for creative crew who 👇

  • understand the purpose of the Seoul Africa Festival
  • could diligently participate during the official activity period
  • be able to collaborate with consideration and communication as a team
  • actively engage with/are interested in social media channel
• Recommended
  • have experiences of content creation and marketing
  • are able to speak both Korean and English and translate in both

🎥 [Video Creators]

• (Required) have experiences in social media content creation (UGC Creator)
• (Recommended) actively engage with social media channels
• (Recommended) are available to utilize video editing programs such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.

📓 [Journalists]

• (Required) are very interested in press media and journalism
• (Required) are confident in writing articles
• (Recommended) have experiences of external communication

📝 [Blog writers]

• (Required) have experiences in planning and writing blog content
• (Required) have experiences in blog channel operation

📍Selection criteria:

1. Any Nationality
2. Residing in Korea is preferred
3. [Video Creators] Content planning and creating ability (UGC Creator), creativity
4. [Journalists] Writing skills, communication skills
5. [Blog Writers] Writing skills, blog content planning and creating ability
